Optional Accessories
Vision Panels
Vision panels can be added to your industrial curtains to allow for clear visibility within your facility. Vision panels are made from the Transparent PVC material (Clear or Anti-Static), available in 54” increments for the 20 mil, 30 mil, and 40 mil; and in 66” increments for the 14 mil.
Valance Curtain Panels
A valance panel can be added to fill the space between the track and the ceiling for additional containment.
Wind Pockets & Panels
Wind pockets and larger wind panels relieve air pressure from curtains by diffusing wind through mesh screens.
Floor Mounted Curtain Fasteners
Nylon webbing straps, secured to d-ring floor attachment, keeps curtains secure.
Floor Sweep Attachment
An 8” strip of flexible PVC can be added with hook & loop fastener to the curtain hem and trimmed to match the slope or contours of the floor.
Chain-Weighted Hem
A chain-weighted hem keeps curtains hanging straight, minimizes wind movement and allows the curtain to be locked.
Curtain Split
Velcro
The most economical Entry/Exit Point is a Curtain Split. Velcro fasteners can be added to seal the split or connect multiple curtains together; Velcro can also be used to attach the curtain to a wall. The Velcro is welded or sewn onto the curtains. Pressure sensitive Velcro is available for all applications.
Zipper
The most economical Entry/Exit Point is a Curtain Split. A heavy-duty zipper fastener can be added to seal the split. We use only the best quality zipper available, welded into the curtain for long-lasting protection.
Magnet
Magnet attachments provide a quick and easy way to attach and detach curtains. Magnets are used to seal an Entry/Exit Point curtain split or to join two curtains. Magnets can also fasten to adjacent steel walls and beams—best in dirty areas that would clog traditional hook-and-loop attachments.
Entry Exit Doors
Strip Curtain Door
A strip door can be included to add an easy point of entry/egress. This keeps traffic flowing freely without slowly opening and closing the curtain and minimizes air transfer by avoiding full-height openings. The strip door can be sewn into the curtain or mounted in a more rigid freestanding frame.
Manual or Motorized Roll Up Door
Supported with a rigid free-standing frame. Doors can be chain-operated or electric motor-operated. Ideal where the door is left closed or open for long periods with less frequent use. For frequent cycling, a motorized roll-up door is best.
Swinging Impact Door
A free-standing industrial swinging door (impact door) provides durable access. These heavy-duty doors handle carts, forklifts, and heavy foot traffic, swinging both forward and backward like kitchen doors. Available as double doors for larger traffic or single doors for pedestrian access.
